For the scapegoats, the truth tellers, and the misunderstood…this is where your healing begins

About Me

I’m Kiki, The Trauma Drama Mama. I’m a storyteller, educator, and advocate for the cycle breakers. I help people recognize emotional abuse, understand narcissistic family dynamics, and break trauma patterns that have followed them for years. My work is for anyone who grew up as the scapegoat, the truth teller, or the emotional caretaker in a dysfunctional or toxic family system. For most of my life, I was told I was “too sensitive”, too dramatic”, “the problem”… But the truth was that I wasn’t dramatic. I was being wounded and the people who created the wounds didn’t want to talk about them. Today, I use storytelling, education, and real life examples to help others: • identify narcissistic abuse and manipulation tactics • break free from toxic family cycles • learn the difference between trauma responses and personality • trust their intuition (especially after years of gaslighting) If you’ve ever felt unseen, blamed, or dismissed…if you’ve ever wondered if you really are the problem or if you really are being abused, you’re in the right place. You’re not “too sensitive” You’re not “hard to love” You were conditioned to believe that your needs were a burden. I’m here to give you language for what you lived through, clarity for what you’re feeling now, and the validation that you deserve but nobody ever gave you. This is not just healing…it’s identity reclamation. Welcome to the home of the cycle breakers.

The Trauma Drama Mama (Kiki Mullican) is a trauma educator, author, and content creator specializing in emotional abuse awareness, narcissistic family dynamics, trauma responses, and cycle breaking. She brings a rare combination of expertise to her work — over 20 years of professional experience, formal education and credentials in trauma and mental health, and a lifetime of lived experience navigating family dysfunction, coercive control, and the scapegoat role. Kiki draws from extensive education, specialized training, and more than 20 years of professional experience in psychological and trauma focused work, giving her a multifaceted understanding of how trauma shapes identity, relationships, and nervous system functioning. Her professional background is rooted in evidence based practices, but her voice resonates because it comes from experience, not just theory. As a lifelong scapegoat and truth teller in a toxic family system, she understands what emotional abuse does to a person’s sense of self. Her work blends clinical insight with real world relatability to help people: • recognize emotional abuse and gaslighting • understand trauma responses vs. their true identity • break generational patterns with boundaries and clarity • rebuild self trust after years of invalidation Across her social platforms, Kiki has built a rapidly growing community of cycle breakers who finally feel seen, understood, and validated. Her content is known for being bold, educational, emotionally resonant, and packed with language that makes people say, “I’ve lived this, but I never knew how to explain it.” Her mission is simple: To give people the language for what happened to them and the tools to choose themselves without guilt.
